Out-of-Stock Items

While we attempt to keep our site as current as possible, occasionally items may be out-of-stock. If an item you have ordered is not available for purchase, we will notify you by e-mail or phone.

If you are interested in an item that is out-of-stock in your preferred size/color, please e-mail or call our Customer Care line at 1-480-948-8777, and we will let you know if the item will be restocked and available for purchase at a future date.

Order Cancellation

If you'd like to cancel or change your order, please call 1-480-948-8777 as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. But please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.

Gift Wrap

Diva offers gift-wrapping of all purchases for an additional charge of $5.00 per item, and is offered as an option on each item page. Our gift-wrapping consists of a paper wrapped white box, tissue paper, and a ribbon.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates can be purchased through our website in any denomination. Simply select Gift Certificates from the Shop navigation menu, select the denomination you wish to send and then Add To Bag. Fill out the Gift Certificate form specifying the name of the person you are sending it to along with the address, the amount you want to send and your personal message to the recipient. We will then send your recipient a Diva Gift Certificate.

Normal shipping charges will be applicable to all gift certificate purchases.

Diva is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.

Special Orders

Many of our items are unique and sell out quickly, in some cases an item or items may be special ordered. Special orders once placed by us cannot be cancelled and are not returnable. We will estimate the ship date for any special orders. Your credit card is charged for an item is ordered. Occasionally a designer will decide not to produce an item or a certain color, deliver it later than scheduled, or make minor modifications to the design. In these cases we will do our best to inform you as soon as possible.

Sales Tax

We are required by the state of Arizona to charge a sales tax of 7.95% to any order shipped to an Arizona address.

Diva accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Transactions will be processed when you place an order.
